Originally built in 1972, the clinic was more recently refurbished with modern dental units and state-of-the-art equipment. Most new technologies are rapidly introduced into the practice and practitioners are committed to continuing education.

Dr Mark Bormann graduated at Melbourne University with a B.D.Sc and joined the clinic in 1997 He provides all aspects of dental treatment with a focus on endodontics( root canal therapy) and Air Abrasion techniques.

The Practice Principals

Dr Merwyn Miller

Graduating from the University of Witwatersrand with a B.D.S, Dr. Miller pursued further study and was awarded his higher diploma in Dentistry with a major in oral medicine and pathology.

Following a number of years in private practice Dr. Miller also achieved National Dental Board recognition in the USA. He is on the current dentist register of the Dental Practices Board of Victoria and is also a registered dentist in NSW, Queensland and in the U.K. Dr Miller practices cosmetic, general and rehabilitation dentistry.

In pursuing his interest in Crown and Bridge Prosthodontics after taking over the clinic in 1978, Dr Miller introduced his patients to a wider range of treatment alternatives available at a suburban clinic. He was one of the pioneers practicing bonding, adhesive dentistry and cosmetic techniques, much similar to those practiced today, with high success rates.

Dr Alex Fibishenko

Having attained his primary dental qualifications from the University of Melbourne, Dr Fibishenko pursued his special interest in oral implantology with comprehensive training in this field.

He attained accreditation by the ASID (Australian Society of Implant Dentistry) in 1997 and was in 2003 awarded recognition as a fellow of the ICOI (International Congress of Oral Implantologists).

Dr Fibishenko practices mainly cosmetic, rehabilitative and implant dentistry. He has a regular surgical list at Sir John Monash Private Hospital and also holds accrediatation for general anaesthetic procedures at Cabrini Private Hospital. He is on the current dentist register of the Dental Practices Board of Victoria, and is a memeber of the ADA, ASID, and ICOI.
